New Patient- Acute Care Services
This visit is for new adult patients (18+) with common, uncomplicated medical concerns that can be safely evaluated and treated via telehealth.
Commonly treated concerns include: upper respiratory symptoms, sinus symptoms, and sore throat; urinary symptoms suggestive of an uncomplicated UTI; nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea; select skin concerns such as rashes, hives, eczema flares, cellulitis without systemic symptoms, shingles without eye involvement, and pink eye; acute gout flares in patients with an established diagnosis; bacterial vaginosis or vaginal yeast infections; and refills of non-controlled medications for stable conditions. This list is not all-inclusive. Most sinus infections and sore throats are viral, and antibiotics are prescribed only when clinically appropriate — testing may be required to confirm certain diagnoses.
This visit is not appropriate for: mental health concerns, chronic disease management, sexually transmitted infections, controlled substances, dehydration, severe or persistent abdominal pain, ear or dental infections, abscesses, spreading skin infections with systemic symptoms, or any condition requiring in-person evaluation, labs, imaging, IV fluids, or emergency care.
Cost: $100 per visit, cash pay only. If you’re unsure whether this visit is appropriate, feel free to reach out at 404-301-3727 or via email at Connect@LioraHealthGA.com — email is often the fastest way to reach me.
