Acute Care Telehealth Services

Liora Health provides convenient, cash-pay telehealth care for adults 18 and older with common, uncomplicated medical concerns that can be safely evaluated and treated virtually. Acute care visits may address concerns such as upper respiratory and sinus symptoms, sore throat, urinary symptoms suggestive of an uncomplicated UTI, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, select skin conditions, pink eye, acute gout flares in patients with an established diagnosis, bacterial vaginosis, vaginal yeast infections, and refills of non-controlled medications for stable conditions. This list is not all-inclusive. Most sinus infections and sore throats are viral, and antibiotics are prescribed only when clinically appropriate. Testing may be recommended or required to confirm certain diagnoses. New patients begin with a $100 acute care visit to establish care and evaluate their current concern. Established patients may schedule subsequent acute care visits for $75 per visit. All services are cash pay only. Telehealth is not appropriate for every medical concern. Acute care services do not include mental health concerns, chronic disease management, sexually transmitted infections, controlled substances, dehydration, severe or persistent abdominal pain, ear or dental infections, abscesses, spreading skin infections with systemic symptoms, or conditions requiring an in-person examination, laboratory testing, imaging, IV fluids, or emergency care. If your condition cannot be safely evaluated or treated through telehealth, you may be directed to an appropriate in-person or emergency care setting.
